Workout Meals
This is a vlog of my favorite vegan post workout meal. It is beyond simple and contains loads of vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidant rich ingredients. I typically like to add vegan protein to it as well. It makes it REALLY good. If you think you can’t make this lifestyle simple? Think again! Eating this meal after a great workout is a good way to put yourself in the best position to recover. Over 60g of protein in this meal depending on your portioning. I recommend staying within 30-35g of protein range per sitting. Of course there are other things that are as important as protein and when it comes down to it this dish delivers it all.
