Glue Activation:
– Banded Glute bridges + abduction 1×15
– Single leg glute bridges 1×15 per leg
– Straight leg kick backs 1×20 per leg

Butt tap squats 3×12
Sit to stand squats 3×10

Landmine squat to press 3×12
Single leg deadlifts 3×12 per leg
Bulgarian lunge + bicep curl 3×12 per leg

Cable Kick Backs: 3 sets
Straight leg x 10 reps
into Bent knee x 8 reps
…………………
Kneeling squat to bench jump with cable row 3×8
Cable deadlift + bent over row 3×12
…………………
Cable Curtsey Lunge + single arm row 3×10 per side
Hip Thrusts 3×12
…………………
3 sets – Walking Plank (8 steps) + 5 squat jumps
1x 1 min plank with battle rope (change arms every 10 reps)
