Bodyweight workouts are great when you’re travelling or don’t have much equipment at home, but a resistance tube workout can also be a great way to gain strength and build muscle too.
Resistance bands are super versatile and compact, meaning you can workout anywhere, anytime.
This workout is perfect if you already love bands and are looking for a resistance band full body workout for weight loss or resistance band strength training workout.
And if you’re new to resistance band strength training and want to know how to use resistance bands for weight training, this workout will give you a
total body resistance band workout packed full of all the best resistance band exercises for strength and muscle building.
All you need is a light to moderately heavy resistance band (I used a 5kg + 7.5kg resistance band for this workout but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level) and you’re all set to sweat.
There are 4 circuits that makeup this workout. Complete each circuit 2x through 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest. Have a 30 second rest between circuits.
