Exercise Myths

Beginners are faced with many challenges like which exercise to do, how many times a week, cardio or weights, what to do in the gym, is just walking enough? and upon that there are so many myths like if you run, you’ll damage your knees, if you play badminton, you’ll loose arm fat disproportionately and many more.
