With this workout we will be completing it in a continuous circuit with no breaks. It is going to BURN!!!
I recommend going with light dumbbells for this one as with no breaks , strict controlled form and your upper body working non stop , you’re going to burn out pretty quickly.
We will be hitting the biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest and back all in one circuit
Each body part will have 3 exercises, each exercise will be performed for 10 reps and 3 sets of each.
Will be simple enough explained as you follow along with me . So grab your dumbbells and a drink and lets get ready to ROCK!!!
